Before leaving to international roaming in USA, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Poland and Indonesia, MTS subscribers should make sure that their mobile phones support 850/1900 MHz frequency for USA and Canada and WCDMA standard for Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Poland (for «Р4» operator), Indonesia (for«Hutchison 3G» operator). Follow the updatings.
In USA, Canada, Mexico and some countries of Central America calls are rated from the moment of sending a call.
MMS in international and national roaming are paid in the following way: when sending MMS the fact of MMS sending is rated in accordance with your “home” tariff and the volume of outgoing GPRS-traffic - according to roaming tariffs; when receiving MMS the volume of incoming GPRS-traffic is rated according to roaming tariffs. The fact of receiving MMS is not rated.
