1. A call from a mobile phone to short reference number MTS 0990 is possible only if a subscriber within MTS network only. 
2. Calls to other city numbers of reference services while subscriber’s being in roaming is chargeable.

• addition/cancellation of services (except for the services «International roaming», «Detailed account», «Account delivery», «Prohibition for balance receipt», "Prohibition of number identification", "Prohibition of receiving sending ", "Direct transfer prohibition", Internet-Assistant, Corporate Internet-Assistant, "My minutes".);
• change of tariff plan;
• temporary blocking of a phone if it is lost;
• issue of PIN- and PUK-codes;
• consulting on service issues;
• rendering technical assistance on issues of using network and additional services and on issues related to subscriber’s equipment;
• consulting on the order and ways of payment for services;
• consulting on issues of payment for communication services using a banking card;
• explanations for the structure and maintenance of accounts;
• consulting on issues of charging-off from subscribers’ personal accounts, connection/disconnection of subscribers’  numbers, tariffication of services;
• consulting on issue of receipt of detailed conversations;
• consulting on unification/division of personal accounts;
• consulting on other financial issues.

For legal persons:

• Presentation of the same list of services (except for: addition/cancellation of services, change of tariff plan, temporary blocking of a phone if it is lost - VIP).
